Career Day 2011 - A World of Opportunity
The Career Day for this school year will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, from 8:10 A.M. to 11:09 A.M. We are currently looking for participants for this important program.  This program is designed to assist our eighth grade students in learning from professionals the duties, responsibilities, educational requirements and training necessary in various career fields.   We are looking for a wide variety of careers to be represented from all walks of life.

What is involved?
Participants are given tables that the students visit to conduct an informal interview. Eighth graders typically ask questions such as, “What do you do during a typical day,” or “How much education did you need?” A detailed list of the questions that the students will be asking will be provided to you. The students will be writing a paper about their interviews for class.
